Ingredients:

Salt (1 Tsp.)

Coffee Extract (1 Tbsp.)

Ground Black Pepper (1 Tsp.)

BBQ Sauce (4 Tbsp.)

Hazelnut Extract (2 Tbsp.)

Baby Back Ribs (1 Rack)

Water (1 Cup)

Method:

Begin by prepping baby back ribs. Discard membrane before seasoning with salt and pepper.

Now, add in a cup of water into electric pressure cooker.

Place ribs inside and set on “high pressure” for 25 minutes. Reduce if desiring tender ribs (do not drop below 15 minutes).

Use natural release and wait for 20 minutes. Open lid.

Apply sauce, extract, and sweetener to all sides of baby back ribs.
